Made with brown stoneware. It is hand-painted using non-toxic underglaze. This item is high fired to cone 10 in a gas kiln, which enhances its strength and longevity. For optimal care, hand washing is recommended. Food and microwave safe.

***There are some hairline cracks on the bottom, but they are only surface-level. The dish remains fully functional, and there are no cracks on the patterned side. This piece is considered a second.
